The legal terms for using APMLens. APMLens helps you understand application performance—monitoring latency, error rates, and forensic bottlenecks with faithful high-density metrics instead of noisy alerts.

Accounts & Eligibility

• • APMLens provides faithful application performance monitoring and deep forensic analysis for your software.
• • You are responsible for activities under your account
• • You must comply with applicable laws and these Terms

Acceptable Use

• • No abuse, scraping, or disrupting the Service or other users
• • Monitoring services must be owned by you or authorized
• • No malicious, illegal, or abusive traffic generation

Plans, Billing & Trial

• • Free Plan: A free plan is available for personal use with 3 services and 60-second resolution metrics.
• • Billing: Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis until you cancel
• • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next cycle
• • Taxes: Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime in your account. Access remains until the end of the current billing period.

Refund Policy & Right to Cancel

As we use Paddle as our merchant of record, you have a 14-day "Right to Cancel" for your initial subscription. You can exercise this right and get a full refund by contacting Paddle Support at https://paddle.net within 14 days of your purchase. No questions asked.

Availability & SLA

We monitor with faithful vigilance and aim for high availability, but do not guarantee uninterrupted Service. Monitoring depends on external networks, third-party providers, and your configuration.

Data & Privacy

We process account, configuration, and telemetry data to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Intellectual Property

thdventures owns all rights in the Service and content. You receive a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service under these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risk to the Service. Upon termination, your license ends and we may delete data per our retention policy.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, thdventures will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 3 months.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
